The Assembly brings together students from across the capital’s universities for evenings of conversation, panels and workshops with people who share their ambitions, and many who don’t share their degree.
Most students spend three years meeting the same people: their course, their halls, their society. We started The Assembly to change that.
We are building a London community for students interested in law, business, entrepreneurship and professional development. Our events are deliberately small enough to hold a real conversation and broad enough that the person beside you might study at a different university, in a different discipline, with a different plan.
There is no membership fee and no application. Come to an event, meet people properly, and stay in touch.
Our guests come from many of the capital’s universities, not one campus or one society.
Aspiring solicitors, barristers, founders and analysts. The overlap is where the interesting conversations happen.
Small formats and hosted introductions, so you leave with names you will remember.
Each event has a theme, a format and an intended audience. We publish all three.
Members share internships, projects and ideas with each other, informally and in person.
And who are happy to talk about something else over a drink.
LinkedIn shares only your name, email address and profile photo with us. You choose what other members can see.
